I doubt it is 14x14, any more than the kick is 18x18. Seller has "square sizes" stuck in his head.

At 1500 BIN, there isn't a lot of time to ask questions. Either you get it and expect to fight out the details later, or someone else gets there ahead of you. The kit looks wrong to me, but I don't like buying stuff that looks like it's already suffered enough.
